The staff was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early without any additional fees. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, including cereals, bagels, pastries, yogurt, fruit. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently situated within a reasonable walking distance to the subway, making it easy to explore the city.
The room was not in the best condition despite recent renovations, with rusty bathroom pipes and an air unit that was falling off and barely providing cold air. the response from the staff for requests was poor.

The breakfast and overall quiet of the hotel. It wasn't hard to get a good nights sleep and the other people in the hotel weren't being loud all night long.
Some of the fixtures and furniture in the room was damaged and the wi-fi signal would go in and out over the course of the night.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and we were able to easily access public transportation, as the hotel is close to the subway. This made it a breeze to explore the city and visit all the amazing attractions. Moreover, the location was superb, right in the center of everything, including a fantastic Peruvian restaurant nearby. The complimentary breakfast provided a wide selection of delicious options, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Nothing, all great.

The room was clean, the bed is confortable, people at the front desk is helpful, free Wi-Fi.
Even if you haven't finished breakfast at 9:30 you have to move to the little table infront the front desk with yr food to finish eating, this was rude for me, apples are dry, they knock yr door at 09:00 am to clean de room, they knock three times, the third one they told me if you will need I clean yr room look for me when you leave and let me know, lack of privacy, this was rude, where you have listened this? lack of care, the carpet ot the entry all the time was bent and a mat face down in the hallway to the rooms and last it is very far from the subway line 7, 40.

I liked breakfast.
I didn't like room service staff because they didn't give more soap or shampoo after the first day in the hotel.

The breakfast at the hotel was great and offered a variety of options. The location was excellent, just a few blocks away from the subway station and a short ride to the city. Additionally, we appreciated the comfortable beds that provided a good night's rest.
We had a room that faced a dark corner with no natural light. Additionally, the front desk service was subpar, with rushed and uninterested checkout service.

I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk to ask for anything. The pack of smoke was left for me at the front desk and the pack was return with only four in the pack..

Breakfast and room cleaning.
We had our departure fly the evening, we needed to leave our luggage in the hotel during the day. No sure place is available at the hotel, room or reserved place for luggages. Just put it in the hotel desk.

I liked the comfortness of the bed, the cleaninnes of the room and it's toilet. The reciption employee are very kind, quick, and helpful.
I didn't like the location of the hotel being far from the bus station (0.2 miles) and very far from the subway station (0.7 miles). The breakfast area is very small with limited number of tables. There were few options in the breakfast buffet.

The beds were very comfortable and the cleaning staff ensured that fresh towels and toiletries were replaced daily. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist with any requests. Additionally, the complementary breakfast offered a wide selection of options, making it a great choice for budget-conscious travelers.
No major issues were encountered during my stay.

The hotel is really nice, the staff is very helpfull. Good breakfast, you get wi-fi in the bedrooms.
The hotel is in Long Island, so if you plan to get around only by subway the closest station is 10 minutes away walking, if it rains or if you get back to the hotel late ate night may not be safe.

The breakfast is awesome. Cereals, waffles, bagels, toast, omelette, breakfast burgers, fruit. Very good. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, in good condition. It had a fridge, microwave and ironing board. Safe neighborhood.
Next to a highway (didn't bother much though) and it's a 20 minute walk from subway 7's station 40.
